Palm Fan Programs
I designed our programs myself using a logo created by Etsy seller: EllasPaper in Microsoft Word. I printed them on linen card stock from paperandmore.com in the color "Natural Cream". I am pretty happy with the result. Each program contains four pages that were binded together using my CropADile to secure them with eyelets to shimmery orange card stock. We then punched holes through Palm Fans from Oriental Trading and threaded raffia strands through to attach the programs. We also wrapped fuschia colored ribbon to the handles. The pages include the "Ceremony" page; the "Bridal Party" page; a "Thank You" page for family, friends, and the Lord; and an "In Loving Memory" page for our dearly missed grandparents.
Lauhala Favor Boxes
We used 3x3x2 Lauahala boxes from online vendor dcwhawaii.com and ordered 48 for $80 including shipping which was very reasonable compared to most of the Lauhala boxes sold elsewhere. We then used sheer ribbon from Michael's in orange, fuschia, and green to tie around the box. I ordered 40 foam plumerias from Ebay seller: cn-kingking for $11.56 including shipping to hot glue to the top of each box. I also printed and glued together favor tags with our logo that we tied to the favors as well. This is how they turned out. We had to create favor kits for each box so that we could ship them ready to stuff with Honolulu cookie favors. Here is what each kit looks like and the note that will be included inside. We printed these notes on printer paper as well, glued to orange shimmery cardstock, and ornamented with raffia and a turtle charm. The ancient silver planted turtle charms were purchased from Ebay Seller: Wugaonian and were $8.48 for 100.
Place Cards
I designed these myself using a logo from Etsy Seller: Ellaspaper. I printed the names on white printing paper and glued them on fuschia linen card stock, and then glued them on orange shimmery card stock to make the place cards. My wonderful maid of honor used my sample to put them all together and they turned out great! :)
Thank You Parasol
My parasol all painted :)
I decided to use a thank you parasol for pictures for our thank you card cover. I ordered a white parasol from paperlanternstore.com who had it delivered within two days. I painted this using a print out I made in Chopin font size 665. I taped it to the back of the parasol in the arrangement here and used a flashlight in the back to first trace the letters with pencil. I then used acrylic black paint to fill in the letters I traced. I can't wait to use it in the photos! :)
Just Married Banner
I had originally bought some burlap for a ring bearer pillow I was planning on making. However, plans change and I decided to have a ring bearer pillow made from palm fronds in Maui instead to go with the flower girl basket. I decided not to let the burlap go to waste and use it for a "JUST MARRIED" banner instead. I first traced 5" wide, 7" long triangles and cut them out while leaving about an inch extra long at the base. I then folded over the extra inch and hot glued it to weave the jute string through. I cut out letter stencils on card stock with my Cricut,
got some black acrylic paint and a sponge to sponge paint over the stencils on each triangle. After giving them a few minutes to dry, I weaved the jute through using a hand-straightened wire hanger. I'm thinking of using it on our honeymoon car or just hanging it during our reception! I'm pretty happy with the outcome! :)

Bridal/ Groom/ Bridal Party Hangers
So far I've almost finished the bridal hanger using a wooden hanger, jute string, and a hawaiian hair flower. I still need to mold the wire of the hanger as well as I have had a few trials that didn't go so well. The groom and bridal party will not have the jute string on their hangers but instead, will have the date written along the side of their hanger along with their names molded with the wire.
Cocktail Menu
The menu taped on the window.
I used a tutorial I found online on how to make a chalkboard style menu. First I printed out the menu on regular printer paper in my chosen fonts. I then taped the paper on a window with sunlight shining through with the back facing towards me. I then traced the letters with a pencil on the back of the paper. Once, I was finished tracing, I taped the paper with the front facing me, to a black piece of scrapbook cardstock. I then colored over the entire lettering with the pencil once again (pretty much just scribbling0. I then came out with a carbon copy of the menu on the black cardstock. From there, I used a fine white paint pen to go over the carbon copy to create the chalk effect.
Bridal Party Jewelry Rolls
I found these at Michael's and just thought they were the cutest things in our colors. Since I am buying my girls their jewelry, I thought this would be a perfect gift to give them their jewelry in. However, I wanted them to be personalized. So, I ironed on each initial with a little tag for each of them. Cant wait to give each girl their own! :)
My Cardbox
At a recent trip to Beverly's I saw a beautiful decoupaged (or at least printed to look decoupaged) box covered in a map of the Bahamas. I was going to buy it to use as our cardbox, since it gave the Island feel, but I wanted it to have the Hawaiian Islands instead. So I decided to make our own! I purchased vintage Hawaii maps from Etsy, bought a large wooden chest at Michaels for $10, pulled out my bottle of modge podge and got to work! This is the result. You might notice I also decoupaged some tropical images over the map. These were on the back of the maps that I used and felt like they were to pretty too cover up, so I used the scraps to salvage what I could of them.
Photo share Cards
These photo share cards were made through Vistaprint. I'm happy with them! :)
Embossed Cocktail Napkins
We just finished over 100 cocktail napkin embossing! I love the way they turned out, and with a team of two- my mom and I, we got 75 done in less than an hour! :)
OOT Bags
We ordered 30 canvas tote bags from Cheaptotes.com. Once they arrived, we used iron transfers to iron on our logo onto the front of the bags. The material is easily burned so to hide any discoloration, we hand stitched with fuschia embroidery thread around the logo to help it blend in. :)
OOT Brochures
My OOT Brochures that I made with Vistaprint. I'm very happy with the way they turned out. The FI helped me pick out the design and what to say. Can't wait to put everything together! :)
Water Bottle Labels
The water bottle labels I decided to order from Etsy seller mjcorder. We have them in two different color variations as shown in the picture on the left. I thought they were just they were too cute and unique! Now just have to find a good deal on some water bottle stickers! Once were finished, the personalized water bottles will be going in the OOT bags. :)
Our Logo
Designed by Etsy seller, Ellaspaper, who designed our STD's and will be designing our invitations! :) These will be used for the new napkins and favor tags.
Wedding Signs
All done with all the signs and table numbers! Here are the results and a few pictures of the process along the way!
